About Me
Mike Pendley, Owner
I earned my Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1986 and have worked in planning since that time. I have identified, negotiated and acquired over 50 non-residential sites for clients, been a key team member in over $750 million in non-residential construction, and permitted an untold number of projects.
I began using drones to study traffic operations in order to increase efficiency. I immediately realized that there are so many other applications so I decided to offer my drone services to others. I use drones for my projects and I can offer you the same service.
